광주시 감사위원회는 지방재정분야 특정감사에서 법무담당관실이 지난해 5월 8일 민사 소송에서 승소하고도 880만원의 소송 비용 확정 결정 신청을 하지 않는 등 모두 3건에 걸쳐 2,180만원을 회수하지 못하고 있다고 지적했습니다.
감사위원회는 이번 감사를 통해 모두 24건을 지적하고, 경징계 2명, 훈계 2명, 주의 4명 등 인사 조처를 요구했습니다.
